Battery Recycling

The aim of development

The aim of development is to increase the well being of the people of the world, measured not only by an increased supply of goods and services, but by social and cultural aspects. The rate and kinds of change in the economic and social activities over time constitute the overall process of development. Environment can be thought of as the stock of physical or social resources that are available at a given time for the satisfaction of human needs. This stock can and does change over time, and the rates and kinds of change are important dimensions of the environmental concerns. The resources available for the satisfaction of human beings and their needs come basically from the physical environment. These resources not only include forests, minerals and wealth and the like but also include adequate and reliable rainfall, moderate temperature and other aspects of the climate. Great importance has to be placed on the techniques of battery disposal as well as battery recycling.
